My refund policy strictly follows the official rules of the payment platform (EasyStaff):
Full or partial refunds are possible ONLY BEFORE you officially accept the final artwork on the platform.
Once you click the "Accept job" button and receive the invoice, the artwork is deemed accepted, and you DO NOT have the right to cancel the services or claim a refund.
If you want to cancel the order before the final stage, please message me directly via DM to discuss a partial refund based on the amount of work already done (e.g., full refund before the sketch, 50% after the lineart).

Due to the international payment processing system and platform restrictions, manual balance withdrawals and reverse transactions are technically limited. Therefore, please be very careful and order with a clear idea and specific wishes! Make sure to provide all references and details upfront so we can avoid any misunderstandings during the process. I am always happy to adjust things at the sketch/lineart stage to make sure you love the result!
